Treatment which can include manual therapies, therapeutic exercise, hydrotherapy and/or education;
Recommendations, including home care and treatment frequency.

Aieisha is a recent graduate from Langara College where she attained her diploma in Massage Therapy. Prior to massage therapy, Aieisha was a student athlete at UFV, where she played basketball for five years and obtained her Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. She’s always had a passion for teaching health education and physical literacy whether it be in a classroom setting or on a basketball court. In 2016, she decided to pursue a career that could help not only rehabilitate and prevent injuries with athletes but to help empower others to take control of their health and pursue an active lifestyle.

Aieisha has experience in treating patients with a variety of injuries and conditions such as repetitive strains and sprains, facet joint dysfunctions, postural dysfunctions, neurological disorders, perinatal & postpartum, frozen shoulder and patients in palliative care.

Aieisha likes to incorporate a variety of modalities in her treatment such as trigger point release, myofascial techniques, muscle energy techniques, active release techniques, joint mobilization and PNF stretching.

On her spare time she likes to play basketball, paint, draw and eat tacos!

Autumn is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy program in 2022. Prior to becoming an RMT, Autumn completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley. During her time at the College she had the opportunity to treat a variety of individuals and conditions providing her with experience in an array of different areas. Autumn has experience treating muscle strains, sprains, tendinitis, postural imbalances, nerve impingements, headaches, fibromyalgia, TMJ issues and much more. Her treatment style includes Swedish massage, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, neuromuscular techniques, passive and active stretching and myofascial release.

When Autumn is not in the treatment room, you can find her at the gym, yoga studio or spending time with friends and family.

NOTICE: As of January 15th, 2024 our RMTs will be raising all rates by 10$/treatment.
